Cloud Check is an easy way to capture flow information for any Virtual Machine in your environment to reveal flows before migrating to the cloud. Many times, workloads are migrated to the cloud without truly understanding the communications paths.
ReSTNSX's approach is to provide the user options for analyzing the data - dFW real-time; vRNI real-time or vRNI historical. The dFW approach is unique because the flow data is collected directly from the hypervisor and does not rely upon Netflow/IPFIX -- thus avoiding any blind spots of sampled data. dFW filters see all packets in and out of that VM.
